Clifford Lee Jensen, 85, of Pleasanton, California, passed away peacefully in his sleep on November 2, 2025.
Cliff was born on November 11, 1939 to Ray and Lucille Jensen (both deceased) in Oakland, California. Cliff has one brother, Wayne Jensen, who resides in Roseville, California. In 1957, Cliff graduated from Castlemont High School in Oakland, California. Following high school, Cliff loved to work on automobiles and eventually he and a business partner opened an automotive repair and speed shop in Hayward, California. In 1962, he married Susan Moisieve and together they raised one son, Michael Jensen. Following the birth of his son, Cliff sold his share of his business and began working at a Chevrolet dealership in Oakland, California. This allowed him more free time to spend with his family.
As a young adult, Cliff was an avid outdoorsmen and embraced life to the fullest. He enjoyed racing cars, bull riding, horseback riding, dirt bike riding, golfing, camping, fishing, and hunting with family and friends. He loved to experience all that life had to offer. After 37 years at the Chevrolet dealership, he hung up his tools in favor of a fishing line, golf clubs and ocean cruises. He and Susan bought a travel trailer and boat, which they kept at Pardee Lake. This would be their home away from home, enjoying fishing and being with their friends.
Cliff was a devoted family man, always willing to help out others. He is survived by his wife Susan Jensen of 63 years, his son Michael Jensen, his brother Wayne Jensen, and numerous nieces, and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on December 6, 2025 at 1:00 pm at Graham Hitch Mortuary, 4167 First St, Pleasanton, CA. 94566.
