Lasting Memories

Chloe Anne Patzner
Dec. 29, 2021-Aug. 28, 2022
Danville, California

Chloe Anne Patzner was born in Walnut Creek, CA on December 29, 2021. In typical Chloe aka Chlo Chlo fashion she made an early arrival to the world (as she liked to do things on her own time). She may have been born early, but she was strong, sweet, and sassy from the start. A true warrior. Chloe was diagnosed shortly after birth with Pierre Robin Sequence which required her to move to a childrens hospital for surgery etc. Chloe from day one was always stealing the spotlight as she was an amazing little angel. She was not much of a crier, but loved to make sure everyone knew who she was and let out a coo every now and then just to remind you she was there. Chlo Chlo knew what she wanted and if she had even a drop of a dirty diaper would yell until her diaper was clean. Small, beautiful and mighty Chlo Chlo was known for pulling out her tubes, or leads etc. Chloe again was beyond beautiful she had the biggest blue green eyes with long beautiful lashes, strawberry blonde hair, porcelain skin, a button nose and tiny cute little feet/toes. She truly captured the love from everyone she met in her short life. She even had multiple nurses painting her hands and toe nails at once and she loved her massages from her physical therapist. Chlo Chlo was also quite the fahsionista and had a closet with so many amazing cute clothes the nurses loved dressing her up in. Chloe was her dads mini me and she was a total daddy's girl. Chloe never got the chance to go home as planned. We never expected her to turn terminal and after a long fight she passed one day shy of her 8 month birthday. Chloe was so loved by her mommy and daddy who stayed by her side for 8 months in the hospital as she truly wrote her own story. On her final day she gave her parents a gift. She passed almost instantly when her breathing support was removed. Then the unbelievable happened... Chloe Anne's heart had restarted and it's rare, but what they call the "Lazarus Effect". Chloe enjoyed a full day with no wires, machines, etc outside with her mommy and daddy. She got to nap with them, get a nice warm bath, tons of cuddles, danced to music, was told over and over how many people loved her. Then at around 9:27 pm Sunday August 28, 2022 a few hours shy of turning 8 months old Chloe Anne was laying in bed with her mommy and daddy to go to sleep each holding her hands she peacefully left us. She was perfect. She is and will continue to truly be loved and missed. She left footprints on so many peoples hearts. Chloe Anne is survived by her loving parents Blair and Brett Patzner of Danville, CA.
