Paula Kay Rollins had a smile meant for heaven. On February 1, 2022, heaven welcomed Paula and her beautiful smile. She was 77.

Paula Kay Foster was born to Paul and Cassie Foster on June 15, 1945, in Puyallup Washington.

California called and said to bring that gorgeous smile south to Alameda where she was raised. Paula graduated from Alameda High in 1963, where she was an excellent student, cheerleader and involved in student government. She then enrolled at Cal State Hayward where she would meet her future husband, Richard Rollins.

Rich and Paula married and had three children, Richard, Ryan, and Rebecca. They were happily married for nearly 57 years.

In addition to being a dedicated and loving wife, mother, and friend, Paula’s smiles were often found watching her children’s and grandchildren’s activities and sporting events. She was actively involved in church at St. Clare’s and then Crosswinds. Throughout her entire life, she held an unwavering faith in God, which she often shared with those around her.

Paula is survived by her husband, Richard, her children, Richard, Ryan and Rebecca, her grandchildren, Jenice, Sierra, Nathan, Kelsey, Sophie, Nolan and Kamea, and her great grandchild Oceana.

Exodus 23:20 “See, I am sending an angel ahead of you to guard you along the way and to bring you to the place I have prepared.”

Friends and family are invited to Paula’s Celebration of Life on Thursday, June 2, 2022, 1:30 pm at CrossWinds Church, 1660 Freisman Rd, Livermore, CA 94551
